We have always received competent and timely service from Millcreek Plumbing. Recently we had an issue with our disposal - something was preventing the plate from rotating. Josh came and found that a coin had become jammed between the plate & disposal housing. Josh was able to extract the coin and resolved the issue. I appreciate that Josh called 15 minutes before the appointment to let us know he was on his way. Millcreek Plumbing is our “go to” plumbers. Competent and knowledgeable plumbers w/ terrific customer service.

I was asked to post this review for someone. After waking up this morning, getting no hot water from my faucets, and finding water filling the drip pan under my very old water heater, I wondered how many days it would take to get a new water heater installed. I had called Millcreek Plumbing a couple of months ago (because I thought they would be nearby in Millcreek) to fix running toilets and do a leaking faucet replacement . I then talked to a very pleasant and efficient Shelley and was given a time within days, with great service. Wonderful Shelley answered again when I called this morning shortly after 9 and she said that although they were very busy, she could at least have someone stop by to turn off the water. Fifteen minutes later Josh arrived and turned off the water to the tank and said he'd call later to tell me when the work could be done. At 10:55 Preston called and said he would arrive in about 20 minutes to replace the tank and pipes etc. as needed. He was on time, very friendly, patient, efficient, generous and super knowledgeable. The cost was fair, especially considering all the hard work involved in Preston's removal of the very old tank. pipes, doing new turn-off valve and duct work, bringing in the new tank, etc. I am so very grateful to have such consideration given (I live alone in medical isolation and they are willing to wear masks) and to have the work done so quickly...today...yay! and done WELL by employees who express real love of their jobs and enjoy all the people they work with. If the whole company all have the same positive attitudes (as the four people I've had contact with), what a marvelous workplace it must be! I was recommended highly from my brother . He said the company is one that still is honest and doesn’t take advantage of you. I had a Leak on a pipe on a water softener. I don’t use my water softener. I don’t know how the pipe was turned on. Well I do, but won’t say in this review. It’s awesome to have a company not charge me for a ten minute assess of the problem. I will recommend to all the home owners that’s in my community. Also gave me a great deal to replace my water heater. Thank you Millcreek Plumbing for being so awsome!

The guys that Millcreek Plumbing sent out did a fast, pretty job of replacing a maIn floor bathtub line that went from basement to roof of my condo. And when the power just happened to be out as they arrived, all they said was "we have headlamps". They started right away and were finished in less than ninety minutes. Bathroom and all lines connected to the main vent are repaired. Fine job they did.

Had a major basement drain that was plugged, and needed emergency help. Called Millcreek Plumbing ( as I have used them before) they came up within 2 hours and flushed out the clog within an estimated hour. Or so. Very professional, knowledgeable clean and reasonable in price. Saved me as I was going out of town. Highly recommended and will definitely use their services again if needed.

Josh and Tom Came to our home and worked on our plumbing, cleaned out roots from the pipe made no mess put a sleeve cap on. Price was great work was excellent. Both men were kind, generous and excellent on their work. Both deserve a raise for their expertise and getting a job done fast and efficiently. Thank you, Josh and Tom. I recommend this company. I called on a Thursday at 11am to request Millcreek Plumbing’s services. They were able to get us in that day, arrived by 1pm, and fixed the leak within the hour. They were upfront with pricing once they had diagnosed the problem. Pricing seemed very fair for the prompt and professional service we received. I will definitely call Millcreek Plumbing for any future needs!

Millcreek plumbing Inc. recently did two jobs for me that were both very successful. I had an underground water main leak fixed and a new gas water heater installed. Both jobs were completed quickly and professionally by very competent plumbers. I would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing needs. Thank you Millcreek Plumbing Inc!
